Fa­vor­a­bil­i­ty In­dex is a score mea­sur­ing the positivity/negativity (1 to ‑1) of the chat­ter about your brand on­line. We do the re­search on all the men­tions of your brand on the web, grade their positivity/negativity, and al­so pro­vide the av­er­age scores for each of the cat­e­gories. Our Fa­vor­a­bil­i­ty In­dex in­di­cates how fa­vor­able the men­tions of your brand are for its on­line rep­u­ta­tion, tak­ing the mag­ni­tude of the men­tion and the cred­i­bil­i­ty of the source in­to con­sid­er­a­tion.
